In 2025, Ibizair, OMNI Handling, United Aviation Services and VIPAero unite under a new executive handling network : STELLAIR.

For decades, each of these entities, leaders in their respective territories of Spain, Portugal, Cape Verde and Angola, has been recognized for excellence in ground handling and FBO services. Under the Stellair banner, the group reinforces its commitment to outstanding services, offering a consistent and distinguished identity across its locations. However, each company will continue to be managed independently to maintain deep local expertise and ensure an unparalleled understanding of its respective markets and customers

Internally we promote hard work, talent and diversity. In 2019, we decided to join in the fight against climate change by planting one tree for each assistance made through our partnership with Reforest’Action. Our forest has been growing ever since.

We have achieved IS-BAH certification, the most rigorous international operational safety standards, in our main stations across Spain, Portugal and Angola.

JEROME FRANIER

With a degree in Business Management, Jerome began his career in management consulting before transioning to the aviation industry in 2008.

He started with charter brokerage and VIP aircraft operations. These experiences gave him a comprehensive understanding of the very specific needs of private aviation, on both the client and operator side.

In 2018, Jérôme embarked into executive aviation ground handling with the co-acquisition of OMNI Handling in Portugal, and later in 2024 with United Aviation & Ibizair in Spain and Cabo Verde Express.

LOUIS-PIERRE BONNEAU

Graduate of ESSCA Business School, Louis-Pierre Bonneau has spent the past 15 years immersed in the business aviation sector.

He began his career in aviation in Angola in aircraft management with VIPAero and fixed and rotary wing operation for the O&G industry with Heli Malongo. His journey in the handler sector started with the transformation of VIPAero into a premier executive handler company and FBO in 2018. Soon after came the acquisition of OMNI Handling in Portugal, followed by the acquisition of market leaders UNITED and Ibizair from Spain in January 2024, shaping Stellair Group into the executive handling leader it is today.

Fluent in four languages and business developer at heart, Louis-Pierre uses his energy and international experience to turn Stellair into the premier executive handler across both continents.

PHILIPPE TOUSSAINT

Philippe began his career in 1999 at KPMG and later moved to Intertrust, where he went on to become one of the youngest members of its management committee at the age of 33.

Throughout his career, he has developed a proven track record in successful corporate administration and investment fund management across industrial and financial sectors, in emerging and developed markets throughout Europe and Africa.

Philippe possesses a diploma in Accounting and Management, and in his spare time manages social projects including acting as chairman and principal sponsor of Habay-La-Neuve football club in Belgium, with a youth academy of 300 players
